This mission will not be so formal because this one is off the books, anyone implicated in it keeps their mouth shut. Got it? The brass doesn't need to know we're helping insurgents.
As you all know we have intel of resistance leaders and members being locked up, so we have clear proof that there was a uprising and the jailing gave us a reason to think the resistance has been permanently eliminated. But, it seems that a small cell has managed to escape and slowly rebuild itself. Now, it's leader Victor Dimitri Dragucian has contacted and asked for our help under the basis that we all have the same goal, the liberation of Altis from the control of the oppressive Russian forces. I have talked with the brass but they have declined my request for this mission. So... I did what any responsible commander would do and I went ahead and did it anyway. There will be 3 trucks waiting for you one for fuel, on for ammo and one full of medical supplies, at any time in this mission you are allowed to make use of the supplies in the trucks as long as you can assure their safety. I have marked the best possible route. Yes it's on a main road so it will increase chances of encounters with authorities, but at the same tie you're safe from heavy ordinance like artillery, air strikes, mines or tanks because this is a main civilian highway too. Your objective is to follow the route with minimal detours and deliver all of the trucks safely to the destination, get in contact with the rebel leader and the RTB before the brass finds out this happend.

-You have 3 Humvees at your disposal. One with a mg, one with a rocket launcher and one armed with a grenade launcher. It's suggested you use one of the vehicles as a scout, to make sure you are not followed or ambushed
