2 weeks ago, GADA researchers discovered an anomalous signal eminating from Red Spring Mine, we were able to attain permission to begin excavation and attempt to determine what was causing the readings. This is where it gets less-than-above-board. Publicly, we have found nothing, to those with the clearance, however, we have successfully pulled (what is hopefully the first of many) an anomalous object. This was loaded onto a CBRN truck, which was then loaded onto a C-130, which your squad, Sirius, was tasked with transporting to the GADA base in Altis. Unfortunately, while flying over Red Spring Mine, gravitational fluctuations forced the plane to crash.

This is where Sirius currently finds themselves. Thankfully, the truck survived and can still drive, and the plane landed near a construction site, so there's some vehicles that are available for "borrowing." From there you need to get to either an air field or a harbor to get the truck off island. The Gendarmerie and the Defense Force are not currently hostile, though they likely would become hostile if they learn of what we are doing.

Objectives:
  • Get off the island
There are three evac options:
  • Rochelle Aerodome
    • The North route, more direct, but you also pass Blue Industrial shipping and other big areas, there's a heavier Gendarmerie and Defense Force Presence, meaing more checkpoints, meaning more chances for your cover being blown. However, the Aerodome is currently owned by GADA, and if you can get to it, you will be able to get out of there without any issues.
  • Aeroport De Tanoa
    • Southern route, the Aeroport itself has Gendarmerie and Defense Force Presence, the route there has less of them, but more bandits. GADA rents a hanger there so if you can get to it, you shouldn't have too much issue taking off
  • The city of Lijnhaven
    • The island of Moddergat is completely taken over by bandits. For the right price, they'll give you a boat or a plane without question - if they don't backstab you while you're getting loaded. This comes with the danger of bandit ambushes, but there'll be no Gendarmerie or Defense Force presence
Notes:
  • The truck and CBRN case MUST survive
  • You are clear to take borrow whatever vehicles or gear you want, there will be no resupplies.
  • Your cover is you are a Military Contractor, named Phantom, working for the Defense Force, transporting classified material. That should get you out of any vehicle searches.
  • DO NOT, under any circumstances, tell ANYONE what you are transporting or who you work for
  • There's a CBRN box you can load into the truck. Once at an evac vehicle, just unload the box and load it into the other vehicle.
  • The jungle is lousy with bandits and insurgents, and they use a large number of traps and roadblocks, so if you want to go that way, make sure to take a defusal kit.
