CSAT have recently taken control of a mine on Tanoa under the guise of doing inspections that will take a week, it has now been a month. CSAT are barely allowed a military presence on the island so this action breaks the treaties they've signed.
Your job is to make sure they're aware that they cannot be at the mine and to investigate why they took control of in the first place. Start with diplomacy and if that fails, take the mine by force, though there have been... rumours that a high ranking officer has been brought in to oversee operations at the mine, find him and interrogate him.
