There will be both RP options and Combat options
After an investigation of the Bank Robbery and the Embassy Assault, we have determined that the likely culprit is the shadowy leader of the Emerald Gang. Unfortunately, we do not know who the actual leader is, but we have found intel that he will be attending a large party at the Hotel in the city of Biaboj.
As such, we have put together a plan. There will be two groups; an infiltration/observation group, and an assault group. The Infiltration group will observe the hotel, and infiltrate as civilians to gain intel and keep track of things. The Assault group will hit Emerald Gang locations in the area to gain information about the leader.
Infiltration Group Objectives (RP):

- Stake out or infiltrate the hotel
- Gain information about the leader, as well as the capabilities of the guards
- Confirm identity of leader before final assault
- Assault Emerald Gang locations in the region
- Find intel about the Emerald Gang leader
- Once identity is confirmed, raid the hotel.
- Remember, you're cops, don't immediately shoot (as unrealistic as this is)
- Make sure to confirm the identity of the leader before you assault the hotel or he might escape
- Not every Emerald Gang location will have intel about the leader
