So after a few large scale OP's we have identified few key issues we are having as a unit. Dont worry it is no anyone fault and im definitely not blaming anyone. This is purely so we can improve and adapt to the ever growing number of people we are getting.
It would benefit everyone if as many people could show up so then we can teach you how to be a better soldier. This would also help any new people to understand the jargon used etc.
Now down to the training scenario:
-You will know how to use radios and how to properly identify your self.
-You will be able to send and receive a message without it taking more than 30 seconds to explain what is happening.
-You will understand why replying to CO or your buddie is very important.
-You will understand most radio phrases used and in what context it is used.
-You will know why it is important to not hog the radio comms for unimportant stuff/chatting in vehicle while CO or SL are tyring to listen/give orders
-You will be able to command a vehicle and give precise orders in short succesion to driver or gunner or crew all within 30 seconds to ensure your mission objective is met.
As per usual Training scenarios this will have a mini mission within the training mission so dont worry you will get to shoot some rude dudes and have fun, also learn a thing or two to hopefully be used in future ops.
Hope to see you there Soldiers!
