Your commanding officer tells you.
You are one of a Special forces unit comprised entirely of Mexican-Americans. High command has found out that a rebel diplomat has been sent to Brazil to look for international support for the boogaloo rebellion. Your unit has been tasked with capturing him and bringing him back to the states for interrogation, possibly torture and maybe execution.
You're disguising yourselves as Venezuelan pirates, so that Brazil isn't able to publicly blame us, which is why a Mexican-American unit is being used. You mission is simple, capture the diplomat and bring him back to us.
Side mission to the boogaloo campaign season 2
Objectives:
1) Dress as pirates
2) Sail down the river and land at Caucasia
Optional) Steal as much shit as you can, it'll help our cover as pirates.
3) Find the rebel diplomate and "liberate" him (If you strip him, he will kill himself and you will fail the mission, TESLA)
4) Sail to the rendezvous point at Castillo La Victoria
5) Evac
Notes:
1) You are equipped with local fishing boats to sail down the river. One of which has been equipped with a double ZU AA gun.
2) Because you are disguising yourself as pirates, you will be using primarily redfor weapons and you will be dressing mostly in civilian clothes. It is unadvisable to take any MTP/Multicam and if you take anything with an American flag, you will instantly fail.
3) You will start on an American Destroyer, but after the operation begins, the destroyer will leave as to prevent our cover being blown.
4) The diplomat will be wearing the old US army uniform, the grey UCP digital camouflage
5) If the diplomat dies, you will fail the mission, he must be taken alive.
