Good job liberating Sar-e Sang pass from Daesh before Christmas. Unfortunately, we've become bogged down since then. The enemy has been employing guerilla attacks against our supply convoys making the treacherous route up to the area (
In the meantime, we may as well keep ourselves busy with our friends in black. We have received some new equipment from our CIA allies, you will find it in the FOB. It will prove useful for your next mission.
The Mission (if you choose to accept it)
Several Daesh officers are meeting to our north in a currently unknown location for a military conference. They have brought with them a lot of equipment and soldiers for their protection. They have also chosen to hold this meeting at night, when our own guerilla operatives will not be able to snipe them. My brothers, THIS...will be their undoing!
Objectives
1) Learn the location of the conference. You should start in Saared, the civilians have heard the local chieftains talking about it, one of them must know where it is. Try talking to the civvies OR extract the information from the chiefs themselves (According to the civvies, the chiefs have better AK's than the regular infantry).
2) Capture/Kill 3-5 enemy Daesh officers in the North-Western region of the Takistani Mountains. They should have upgraded AK's or M4's. Bear in mind, the Americans will be more likely to give us better equipment for our next mission the more officers we capture and bring back to our FOB alive.
3) Do not allow more than 2 officers to escape to their headquarters in Karnash. If more than two escape, the mission is a FAIL.
Note: As you saw from the helicopters in the last operation, the Russian Army has arrived in Takistan, without contacting high command or our American allies. Ensure you PID your targets before engaging, we're still not sure if they are friend or foe.
