To all police squads, we've suffered great losses in our forces as Islamic State extremists reveal themselves from among our citizens. This is a call to everyone who can hear us, their leaders have exclaimed threat of detonating high explosives across the whole region of Šumava. UNLESS YOU'RE COMPETENT WITH IEDs, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPROACH ANY OF MAJOR CITIES.
If you notice any insurgents outside of major cities shoot them on sight. They are not to be negotiated with. Over.

"I guess it's a good thing that NATO Explosives Squad came over for training."

Briefing:
The EOD specialists from NATO with support from our native police special force shall travel across major cities, taking care of bomb threats, and freeing them from the insurgents. Most of the citizens have been evacuated, although one group has been taken hostage. We need to free them.

We tried to call in NATO airdrop with resupply, but the plane has been shot down. We should search and recover any alive survivors, and supplies.

Objectives

Take care of all bomb threats and clear out all enemy presence
Rescue the captured civilians
Clear an airfield from AA and exfil using stationed there civilian vehicles

Optional objective:
Get resources from the NATO plane crash site.

Assets:

Police Force

A single Caiman and an covered offroad.

Due to enemy's complete control of airspace and police warehouses, munitions are limited - we aren't able to get resupplies.
No arsenals at the beginning of the mission.

Upon causing a second explosion, the mission will result in failure
