Lore:
When you heard that your old friend has been captured by a cartel as a POW, you became infuriated, but then a chance arose - he will be transported through the larger island of Sehreno, if only you could get him back and through the bridge in Corazol, he'd be a free man again...

Despite everything, you're gonna have to stay a little low-profile, at least until we capture the VIP, we don't know what kind of reinforcements would come to aid them.
