Event Countdown
After holding off the initial wave, the NATO forces had a window to fortify and get enough reinforcements and supplies to hold off the Russians and keep the area secure until the American 501st fleet arrives.
A week later, when the situation was getting dire for the NATO forces, they have gotten a breather as the 501st fleet has arrived and started bombarding the Russian Forces, forcing them to hold their attacks.
This has given the defenders a window to push and secure various military and infrastructure assets that will aid in the liberation campaign, as well as the chance to claim more ground.
With the help of UAV and satellite imaging we have been able to map out most military controlled camps on Altis, though there may be some that have escaped.
With the Russian Forces decimated, the nearby towns are mostly free of military presence, and scouts say that most civilians have been displaced to safer areas. The nearby solar and coal power plants have been left operational, command has decided that their strategic value is absolute for the stabilisation and occupation of the area. Multiple military bases are also seen to be understaffed such as the nearby communications array, airfield and the command FOB. Scouts report that there have been officer sightings in the FOB’s area, their elimination or capture will be highly beneficial in the efforts of liberation.
Badger Command has ordered the liberation of the nearby towns, the capture of the communications array and the power plants and occupation of the airfield at Almyra. Furthermore, they ordered the capture of the Command FOB, as well as the elimination of the officers.
OBJECTIVES:
1.a. Eliberate the town of Molos of all military presence
1.b. Eliberate the town of Sofia from military occupation
2.a. Capture or destroy the solar power plant
2.b. Capture the fossil fuel power plant
