After our terrible hostage taking mission, we need to get the police to trust us again. They've got a few things for us to do to get the local 'gangs' back in line.
We don't exactly need to be too violent with them, however we do want them on our side to stick it to the Fascist Chinese government influencing our politics and local government. If you do these couple simple tasks for the gangs, I'm sure I can convince them to join our cause against a common enemy.
Both gangs said something about the Colombians coming over for the sugar plantations and banana plantations down here. Whatever it is, go down, talk to one gang after the other and sort whatever it is they want out with those guys. Expect a bit of jungle fighting, as that's where they operate. They're like Duppy's at times, I tell ya'. Come out of nowhere!
